The theme for the 2026 ALPFA National Convention was Power by Design: From Self to Systems.

The core meaning behind this year’s theme is to focus on intentional leadership and combined impact between many leaders. It shifts the idea of individual success to reshaping and improving professional systems and communities.

“Power by Design” emphasizes the idea of true impact being built upon discipline and clarity rather than on accident. Empowerment is built upon building sustainable paths that are clear and focused on the main goal.

The three core pillars that were highlighted throughout the event was: Agency, Discipline, and Disruption. These pillars translated across many keynotes and workshops, underlining the importance of ownership, focus, and challenging existing barriers.

Women of ALPFA (WOA) is a dynamic network dedicated to empowering and developing professionals as strong, values-driven leaders across all industries. Through strategic initiatives, leadership development, networking, mentorship, and career opportunities, WOA equips members with the tools to advance in their careers and create meaningful impact in their communities.
